Hybrid Activated Sludge is a unique, patented development of the conventional activated sludge process which incorporates a compact reactor to enable a plant to treat double the flow and load. HYBACS is suitable for municipal and industrial wastewater treatment for flows of 30 l/s and above.
FilterClear is a high-rate multimedia filtration system. It is used in place of sand filters and other technologies in a wide variety of municipal applications from potable water and desalination to phosphorus removal, as well as industrial applications for rainwater harvesting, cooling water and effluent treatment. It is suitable for flows of 10 l/s and above.
CFIC is a next-generation moving bed bioreactor (MBBR) process which combines aeration and solids removal into a single compact stage. It is used to reduce the footprint of municipal and industrial MBBR plants and may be combined with FilterClear to produce a high quality effluent for reuse. CFIC is sold under licence from Biowater Technologies AS and is their registered trademark.
